Cleura, the European cloud, announces that SaaS company AddComply has chosen Cleura’s cloud services as the infrastructure for its continued growth. Swedish company AddComply helps businesses within the EU to comply with requirements linked to the AI Regulation.

The company, which aims to become the first choice for AI governance in Europe, recently launched its SaaS solution. The solution enables businesses to easily manage risks, documentation, and reporting related to the regulation. Cleura Compliant Cloud, a cloud platform designed for innovation in mission-critical environments, was chosen as the digital infrastructure for the service.

The geopolitically uncertain situation and increased customer demands for data sovereignty were decisive in our choice to build and operate our SaaS service on servers in Sweden. We also sought a cloud partner that understands how to integrate digital innovation with high security requirements. Based on this, Cleura was the most strategic choice, and they are an important partner in our continued expansion,” says Emeli Olaison, CEO and co-founder of AddComply.

The possibilities with AI are endless, but at the same time, the new EU regulations can pose significant financial risks if misused, with fines of up to €35,000,000 or 7% of global annual turnover. By focusing entirely on the AI Regulation, Addcomply’s SaaS service will meet customers’ compliance requirements.

The platform has been developed by lawyers and technical experts with extensive experience in regulatory systems. It offers key features such as risk assessment & classification in accordance with AI regulation directives and automated checklists for time savings and easy documentation. A compliance dashboard provides a clear overview of status and gaps, and reporting & auditing tools for effective communication with regulatory authorities.

We are delighted to be part of AddComply’s growth and to be able to contribute to the availability and development of the SaaS service with our digital sovereign platform. It is particularly inspiring to collaborate with a company that, like Cleura, has a strong focus on offering services that enable businesses to work with innovation without compromising on data protection,” comments Rohan Narula, CEO of Cleura.

An increasing number of start-ups are choosing to build and operate their innovations on our cloud services. Having a platform that gives them control over all data, while ensuring flexibility and transparency, is a significant value that we bring to companies,” concludes Rohan Narula
