The European cloud provider City Network today announced a new collaboration with Boost.ai, the inventor of the world’s most scalable conversational AI platform. Boost.ai enables enterprises and public sector organizations to automate customer service and internal support channels with AI. The collaboration with City Network in Sweden adds a cloud alternative for Boost.ai customers in industries and verticals with specific regulatory demands.
“We are delighted to add City Network’s cloud platform to our portfolio as a stable and reliable foundation for our market-leading conversational AI solution. Their compliant digital infrastructure, with built-in GDPR and data privacy functionality, will be an important cloud platform for the Swedish market, as we continue to grow our business in the public sector space and other industries with specific requirements when it comes to data privacy,” said Hadle Selsås, Chief Cloud Officer and co-founder Boost.ai.
Founded in Stavanger, Norway in 2016, Boost.ai has been growing rapidly in the Nordics and is continuing its expansion in the region and in other markets. The company’s no-code conversational AI enables enterprises to build and deploy AI-powered virtual agents at scale for both first- and second-line customer support, as well as internal use cases, while maintaining consistent resolution rates of 90%+. The Boost.ai platform is hosted as either a cloud service or installed on premise.
Boost.ai will be adding support for hosting on City Network’s Compliant Cloud, a digital infrastructure with built-in regulatory compliance for data privacy and GDPR. The collaboration is initially focusing on the Swedish market.
“I am thrilled about this collaboration with Boost.ai. As one of the leading conversational AI platforms the company is a very good example of how the digital transformation enables us to save money, increase service and make the world a little better. Combined with our cloud services it’s also delivered with complete control of the data”, said Johan Christenson, founder of City Network and VP Innovation.
