Cleura Public Cloud and Compliant Cloud are separate multi-tenant, fully scalable clouds. Customers can sign up to Public Cloud online, and the multi-tenancy is shared between those customers. Compliant Cloud requires a dedicated signed agreement and the multi-tenancy is only shared between Compliant Cloud customers.

Every team member with physical and/or logical access to our infrastructure is thoroughly screened to ensure a secure, trusted experience.

Physical access controls protect access to hardware, such as servers and other equipment located in the data centers.
Cleura Public Cloud physical access controls include requiring badge identification and authentication, as well as standard CCTV coverage.
Cleura Compliant Cloud has extended physical access controls, including data centers with multi-layered security zones, second factor verification (such as biometric or badge+PIN), extended physical security (such as racks with tamper-proof seals), and CCTV covering every angle of Cleura’s IT stack.
For Compliant Cloud, we only select data centers with multi-layer physical security zones to prevent unauthorized access.
We only select data centers which meet the Swedish Civil Contingency Agency's (MSB) description of a data center with Protection Class 3 (Skyddsnivå 3) according to MSB629.
TIER-2 means a single distribution path for power and cooling, with partial redundancy of certain systems.
TIER-3 means full N+1 redundancy of all systems, including power supply and cooling distribution paths.
